Chris Turcotte, President of Centum Financial Group, spent four years as a mortgage broker with the network before becoming its president in December 2016. As president, Chris oversees network-wide strategic planning, growth and development, lender relationships and company culture. He has overseen the network’s growth as it has become one of Canada’s largest national mortgage broker brands. Chris earned a bachelor of commerce degree from the University of Manitoba and is accredited through Mortgage Professionals Canada.
Adrian Schulz was named Executive Vice President of Centum Financial Group in August 2022, having previously served as the network’s director of technology. He has been a mortgage broker with the Centum network since 2019, and has nearly 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, with a particular interest in fintech. Adrian oversees national brokerage, technology and innovation, and legal and compliance matters for Centum. He is a member of Mortgage Professionals Canada and a director at both the Manitoba Real Estate Association and the International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI).
Jeff Sampson is Vice President of Operations at Centum Financial Group, overseeing day-to-day operations as well as national member relationships, process and procedure adherence, lender volume reports and audits and a variety of special projects, in addition to coordinating the network’s leadership team. Previously the network’s director of national sales and development, Jeff rejoined Centum in August 2021, bringing over a decade of industry experience. He earned his licensure through the UBC Sauder School of Business.
Caroline Rapson, Director of Broker Relations at Centum Financial Group, started with the Charlwood Pacific Group in 1996 under the Century 21 umbrella, and has been part of the corporate Centum team since its inception in 2002. She spent 17 years as Centum’s franchise services manager before being promoted to director of operations, where she served for three years prior to assuming her current role. As director of broker relations, Caroline oversees the services team, network communications, onboarding and services deployment, lender and partner relationships, conferences and events, provides general support coordination and works closely with the other departments.
Zoë Gridneff-Barfoot - Director, Business Development
Zoë Gridneff-Barfoot joined Centum Financial Group in April 2022 as its Director of Business Development. She has been in the industry since 2003 and earned her licensure from the UBC Sauder School of Business, Zoë oversees member recruitment and retention, along with brokerage growth coaching and managing the network’s relationships in Eastern Canada.
Anthony Bartel is National Brand Manager at Centum Financial Group, in charge of managing and protecting brand assets as well as overseeing internal and external marketing. Anthony joined Centum in 2020 as a marketing associate and was promoted to his current role in March 2022. Educated at the British Columbia Institute of Technology, Anthony brings five years of experience to his work at Centum.
Jerick Guevarra has served as Director of Finance at Centum Financial Group since 2016. Jerick serves in the same capacity at Century 21 Canada LP, another member of the Charlwood Pacific Group, which he joined as a senior accountant in 2010 before becoming Director of Finance in 2016. He earned his degree from Douglas College.
Barbara Hunter, Operations Manager of CENTUM Financial Services LP
Barbara Hunter, Manager of Operations, joined Centum Financial Group as a mortgage agent in 2019. In her current role, Barbara oversees day-to-day operations of Centum Financial Services, the National Brokerage division, manages the concierge desk team and oversees regulatory compliance. Barbara brings three decades of experience in the financial sector and organizational consulting to her work at Centum.
