Personal Background

My first personal mortgage was at 19.5% fixed term, and that was considered a good mortgage.  Did not leave much head room for recreational pursuits and  toys. Life has changed and so has the economy since then.

It is my mission to help others who are new to home ownership to avoid mistakes that could impact their financial future. I have been fortunate to travel overseas and abroad extensively and get to know people from many cultures. It always helps to have a perspective on how fortunate we are in Canada to have the  freedom and opportunities to make personal choices on educations, health, recreation, travel, religion, politics and investments.

 

 

Professional Background

Terrance has been involved in real property projects for over 30 years as a project manager, self-employed renovator and home inspector, and now a mortgage professional. With a project management background, Terrance looks at the big picture to understand how to minimize risks while helping you achieve your personal and business goals. He can assist self-employed individuals to qualify and apply for mortgages that traditional lending institutions would deny. As part of the CENTUM Future Mortgage team Terrance has access to a large team of specialists and experts behind the curtains to help craft a mortgage plan that works for our clients.
