What's more, I know the system and have the industry knowledge required to present a proposal for financing to lenders to successfully obtain mortgage financing. I am not an employee of any lending institution, so I am not limited in the products I can offer you. As a full service mortgage professional, I work closely with you and your lender as well as your real estate representative, lawyer, appraiser and home inspector to ensure that your transaction proceeds smoothly. In most cases there is no cost to use the services of a Mortgage Professional. You don’t pay me. The bank or lending institution does.
