My primary role is to secure funding for your mortgage.  I match you with the lenders who have the best rates and products to meet your needs, and can negotiate with multiple lenders on your behalf, saving you both time and money. I have preferred status with lenders, which allows me to pass on even better rates to you and also receive faster responses.     

I am not an employee of any lending institution, therefore I am not limited in the products I can offer you.  As a full service mortgage professional, I work closely with your realtor, lawyer, appraiser and home inspector, to ensure your transaction proceeds smoothly. I can also provide you with mortgage options when your mortgage is renewing, or to refinance, consolidate debts or for investment purposes.  In most cases, there is no cost to using the services of a Mortgage Professional.
