One of my missions as a mortgage broker is to change the way my field is viewed by people. Too often people have a mis-conception that a mortgage broker's area of expertise is to obtain financing for clients with less than stellar credit. While I do have the access and expertise to do so, 90% of my clientele have AAA credit and they know something that most other people don't. My clients know that I have the ability to put together not only a mortgage that works for them but I am the negotiator working on their behalf and I will always get them a better rate than their banks are willing to give them.

I deal with major banks and lenders and they all want to lend you money. The difference is, when I put your mortgage application together I have the ability to look at all my lender's and see who is offering the best rates and mortgage terms, and secure you the most competitive rate possible, which in turn keeps more money in your pocket.

I have worked with numerous Suncor and Syncrude employees in financing their homes in Fort McMurray. I am very familiar with the all of the guidelines and housing allowances. Which in turn leads to a successful approval for all of my clients, with excellent mortgage terms and low mortgage rates.
