Stuck in a Long Term Lease? Not Necessarily
Occasionally a situation arises that prompts me to stray away from the usual mortgage and real estate topics. The following is one of those.
Clients of mine who had been thinking about purchasing called and advised me that they'd have to put it off for about a year. The reason, they explained, was that they had just signed a new one year lease. They weren't happy with their current place and really wanted the new apartment. They would have preferred to look into purchasing but hadn't had time get serious about it and needed to make a quick decision.
