Professional Background

I worked for 15 years as Analyst in petrochemical and fertilizer field. I had completed Masters in Business Administration with specialisation in Finance Mgt from Indian University. Moved in Canada in 2002 and started working as Quality control Operator and than as analyst with environmental laboratories. In 2006, decided to change career to financial field and got LLQP and Mortgage Broker Licenses to work in most challanging field in Canada. 

My Real Estate experience helped me understand the needs of the consumer according to their objectives to aquire their dream home and the urgency of 5 days conditional period with conditional purchase and specifically last 2 years - 2016 - 17 period when in GTA, bidding war and all firm agreement scinario and closings without any last moment surprises.
