What's more, I know the system and have the industry knowledge required to present a proposal for financing to lenders to successfully obtain mortgage financing. I am not an employee of any lending institution, so I am not limited in the products I can offer you. As a full service mortgage professional, I work closely with you and your lender as well as your real estate representative, lawyer, appraiser and home inspector to ensure that your transaction proceeds smoothly. In most cases there is no cost to use the services of a Mortgage Professional. You don’t pay me. The bank or lending institution does.

I’m no stranger to marketing, sales and training. I enjoyed a Career in Retail where I was an Owner Operator of my own Grocery Store and was also a Store Manager with Loblaw’s Companies of stores and a Store Director with Loeb.
After 22 years in the retail environment, I redirected my talents to the real estate profession where I enjoy my position as Broker of Record. Our sales professionals have come to depend on my professionalism and expertise to handle all their real estate help and training.

Salvation Army Toy Drive
- The Toy Drive Committee at CENTURY 21 United Realty Inc. is ecstatic to share the news of our success from our fundraising efforts this year on behalf of the Salvation Army Toy Drive. Each year our team helps contribute whatever we can to the families supported by the Salvation Army within our community in Peterborough and the surrounding areas.
This year, we have had an incredibly fun time raising more money than ever before!!! Last year we hit a record raising just over $9,700 in cash and canadian tire money - enough money to purchase over 950 toys! This year we set a new record of $10,000 at the beginning of 2010 and are happy to announce that not only did we meet that goal, but we exceeded it by a long shot!!!
The Toy Drive Committee is happy to announce that in total, for 2010, we raised just over $11,800 for the children in need within our community!!! And we couldn't be happier!
