Professional Background

Originally coming from an IT consulting background, I am very familiar with finding the best technical solutions possible for my clients. Aiming to streamline their business processes and simplify their lives. My dedicated focus is now professionally advising clients on their Mortgage products.

Over the years I have had the priviledge of working for large corporations such as Telus, Methanex and The Province of B.C. all based locally here in Vancouver. I have also been fortunate enough to work closely with local reputable law firms such as DLA Piper and Mcmillan LLP. The experience I gained was indespensable. Consulting with partners of the firm equipped me to handle high pressure situations with confidence and poise. In the proceeding years I was able work alongside several Realtors in an internet marketing role.  It was my first taste of the real estate industry and ultimately was the final push I needed to pursue my true passion as a Mortgage Broker.

Much like the IT industry, the real estate industry is ever changing. Adapt or die. I followed that mantra during my time in the IT industry and have brought a similar attitude. The most enjoyable aspect of IT personally was identifying a complex problem or a need, then working with my clients to achieve their goals. Seeing the satisfaction that truly comes with exceeding my client expectations, is why I chose to be a Mortgage Broker!

Personal Background

Born in North Vancouver and spending the majority of my life on the west coast I am proud to call myself a Vancouver local. I owe thanks to my immediate family for this, who are firmly rooted in the north shore community. Over the years I have been fortunate to experience the diverse culture and breathtaking beauty of our city to the fullest degree. Yes, we pay a premium to call Vancouver home. However, the returns are world class and I am happy to be an ambassador for the city.

I was able to attend post secondary at Vancouver Island University, receiving an Associates Degree for Computer Science. Attending high school in Qualicum Beach is a treasured memory. My parents and some immediate family have made Vancouver Island their permanent home and why wouldn't they? In my humble opinion Vancouver Island is west coast beauty in it's rawest form.

Occasionally you can find me enjoying a round of golf with my wife at one of the many courses Vancouver has to offer or out for a run on the seawall.
