RENEWALS:
Take advantage of our no-fee switch plans up to 4 months prior to renewal of your current mortgage. The new lender pays all transfer costs; minimal documentation is required and you don't have to change your existing bank account.
REFINANCE:
See if you can save money by breaking your current mortgage contract, paying a penalty and obtaining a lower rate. Call me for a free consultation and analysis of cost savings and possible benefits from refinancing with a new lender.
INVESTMENT:
I can provide mortgages to purchase an investment to help defer taxes, to purchase a vacation home or investment property or a second home to be occupied by a family member.
Mortgage customers are offered a choice of fixed or variable rate; short or long terms; lines of credits or secured credit cards. All borrowers are given a free 5 month appliance warranty covering refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, washer & dryer. I also offer a free 12 month Home Warranty with select lenders an additional benefit of $200 plus taxes.
